Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location, courier operations, weather and unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
Inside Dhaka: ৳80
Outside Dhaka: ৳150
Delivery charges are calculated according to the applicable delivery area and order information at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed after confirmation.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you may receive delivery updates through the contact information provided with your order.
Important for Food Products
Our freeze-dried products are carefully packed to help protect them from moisture and humidity.
After receiving your order:
Check the package before opening.
Make sure the outer package and product seal are intact.
Store freeze-dried products in a cool, dry place.
Keep the container tightly closed after opening.
Avoid exposing the product to humidity.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, incorrect or visibly tampered package, please contact Crunchy Mart as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the package/product.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may occasionally take longer because of weather, public holidays, courier disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.
